Servicing Options:
Home Service: Digitizing work is done in your home.
Pickup+Delivery: Media is picked up, processed, then delivered to your home.
Drop-off+Pickup: Media is dropped off by you, then picked up after processing.
Shipping: You ship the media to us, we ship it back (standard rates apply).
Items of Note:
--Digital videos are saved to either a flash drive, DVD, emailed, and/or uploaded to your site. One method, or piece of hardware, included free ($35 minimum order).
--All orders, aside from HomeService, have a three business day turnaround (rush orders can be handled with a surcharge).
--Backup services available.

Play-Ready Video Info
1. Please make sure the videos are clean (no mold or dirt/grime on the tape), and have no damage to the tape.
--In the future, we are striving to handle this, but currently aren't equipped.
2. If you have just a few tapes, ensure that either the description on the cassette holder is clearly readable or attach a Post-It note with the description onto the holder.
3. If you have many tapes and want them organized further, you can place all the (labeled), tapes belonging to a certain group inside a gallon freezer bag, then label the bag with the grouping info.
--In the example photo above, various videos of Paris and London are placed within a bagged grouping of European Vacations.
