Servicing Options:
HomeService: Digitizing work is done in your home.
Courier Service: Media is picked up by us, processed, then delivered back to you.
Dropoff+Pickup: Media is dropped off by you, then picked up after processing.
Shipping: You ship the media to us, we ship it back (standard rates apply).

Items of Note:
**Digital photos are saved to either a flash drive, DVD, emailed, and/or uploaded to your site. One method, or piece of hardware, included free ($35 minimum order).
**All orders, aside from Home Service, have a 2 business day turnaround (rush orders can be handled with a surcharge).
**Slideshow creation (with music optional), and backup services available.

Scan-Ready Photos Info

1. Please make sure the photos are dusted and have no dirt, grime or adhesive.
2. If photos are curled, place them under a heavy book for a time to flatten.
3. Divide them up into desired groupings, organize them by size, place them into freezer bags
4. Write the group description on the bags or use an attached Post-It note.

Scan-Ready Slides Info

1. Make sure the slides are dusted on both sides (no dirt, grime or adhesive).
2. Divide them up into desired groupings, arrange them facing the same way (up or down).
3. If possible, split them into stacks of 20 or 25, place a rubber band or twisty tie around the stacks. (If you have boxes, this last step isn't necessary).
4. If you have several stacks of the same grouping, place them in a freezer bag.
5. Write the group description on a Post-It note and attach it to the bags and boxes.
