1. Please make sure the photos are dusted (no dirt, grime, or adhesive residue).
2. If the photos are curled, place them under a heavy book for a time to straighten.
3. Please separate the photos into your desired groups, organizing them by size.
4. Place the grouped photos into a freezer bag (quart size is good). Write the group description and the photo count on the bags or onto an attached Post-It note.

**These steps are required (for Scan-Ready rates), whether the order is Home Service, Courier, Dropoff/Pickup or shipped. They will save you money, beings unorganized photos and those needing dusting and size organizing will raise the cost of the service (see Price List). We are happy though, to oblige those wanting dusting and organizing services also.

Play-Ready Videos Info

1. Please make sure the videos are clean (no mold on the tape), and have no damage on the tape. In the future, we are striving to handle these, but currently aren't equipped.
2. If you have just a few tapes, make sure either the description on the cassette holder is clearly readable or attach a Post-It note with the description on the holder.
3. If you have many tapes and want them organized further, you can place all the (labeled), tapes belonging to a certain group inside a gallon freezer bag, then label the bag with the grouping info. In the example above, various videos of Paris and London are placed within the bag grouping of European Vacations.
